Lau Lau was founded by Simon Lauridsen, a Danish creative with a lifelong passion for design, culture, and fashion.

Born and raised in a small town in Scandinavia, Simon's creative perspective was shaped by the environment around him—clean architecture, understated aesthetics, and a deep appreciation for quality and craftsmanship. At the same time, he developed a strong connection to hip hop culture, drawn to its authenticity, self-expression, and visual identity.

These two worlds became the foundation of Lau Lau.

The Lau Lau universe is inspired by late 1990s hip hop culture, fused with contemporary Scandinavian minimalism. It exists in the space between raw and clean—where bold cultural influences meet refined design principles.

With a background in graphic design and experience in the fashion industry since the age of 15, Simon created Lau Lau as a reflection of his own creative journey. The brand is an expression of his upbringing, surroundings, and interests in culture, design, and music.

Lau Lau is more than clothing. It is a creative universe built around design, environment, quality, and culture. Our collections are modern, minimal, and intentionally challenging—created for those who appreciate both simplicity and character.
